FAQ

Where are the Attendant parts in Breathedge 2?
All three parts are in the Outskirts near the robot's booth: the body is below the station platform, the head floats near the oxygen station to the left of the platform, and the arm — the tiny part most players miss — is close by in the same area.
What is the reward for rebuilding the Attendant?
Attaching all three parts in order — body, then arm, then head — grants +2 Physical Protection, a small permanent armor bonus for the parasite encounters later in Chapter 1.
Is the Attendant quest required?
No. It is optional side content, and the story advances without it. But the arm is famously the longest search of the three — if it stalls your run, leave it for after the story beat you are working toward.

What is the Attendant quest?

Early in the Station Outskirts you will find a broken Attendant robot at a kiosk — Breathedge 2’s signature side quest. It asks for three scattered parts, and it is entirely optional: the main story advances without it. The payoff is +2 Physical Protection, a small but permanent armor bump that pays off in the parasite encounters later in Chapter 1.

Where are the three parts?

All three cluster around the booth area, which is why the quest reads as “search the platform” — the parts are closer than they feel:

PartLocation
BodyBelow the station platform
HeadFloating near the oxygen station, to the left of the attendant platform
ArmTiny and close by — the piece most players miss

The arm is the one that stalls runs. It is small enough to vanish against the debris field, so tighten your search radius around the booth instead of expanding it — and if it is genuinely not clicking, park the quest and continue; nothing downstream requires it.

How do I assemble the Attendant?

Attach the parts in order: body → arm → head at the kiosk. The order matters — the robot will not accept parts out of sequence, so if an interaction seems dead, check which piece the game is actually waiting for.

Is it worth doing?

For the bonus alone it is a nice-to-have; for completionists it is required cleanup for the Outskirts. The pragmatic launch-week take: grab the body and head when you pass them (both are on natural routes — the platform and the oxygen station), and hunt the arm only when you have a reason to be in the area anyway.
